Yes! If you're still within the return window, the products are unworn and with all tags still attached, you're welcome to return sale items for a refund.
We are unable to accept items purchased at other retailers as these items are subject to the retailers’ own return and exchange policies. Instead we ask you to reach out to the retailer who sold you the item to discuss returning or exchanging it.
Yes you can, but please note that if you choose to send your return using a different courier, you are at risk of your package being stuck in customs. If this occurs, you are responsible to pay for any customs declarations incurred. These fees will be deducted from your refund, along with our return fee.
Our return window is 14 days (30 days for c/o members). If you are outside that please contact our Customer Care team and we will help you out.
Register your claim by visiting nudiejeans.com/returns. Enter the order ID of the order in question and provide us with a detailed description of the issue. We're happy to look into the matter so we can resolve the issue.
We aim to process returns within 5-10 business days from the day of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
If you're not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 14 days (30 days if a member of c/o Nudie Jeans). The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. Instead, we kindly ask our customers to return items back to our warehouse for a refund and then place a new order for the different item or size.
